Plus in the colder weather I tend to go into a funk. I'm laid off from work and although this starts off well-me making good use of all the free time-fixing and cleaning up the house, doing ebay full throttle, going out and about (shopping usually) and occasionally working at work a day here and there, I eventually wind up funky. Living in my pajamas, doing next to nothing a lot of the time, procrastinating, sleeping too much, not leaving the house for a couple of days at a time. See-I didn't even keep up with things here, either. Sometimes, the more time on my hands the less I get done. Last week I went out twice in pajamas, it's cold out so a big coat conceals this. I decided it's time to go back to work, even if it's only one day a week. I'm not getting funky all winter like I did last year.
And new-ish development that has kept me away: pain and sleep. You don't know how good you have it until you get struck down sick or with pain. One little cramp in my thigh led to an almost excruciating pain in my hip and cheek, yes my butt cheek. At least I think the two are connected. Getting in and out of hubby's car, sitting in the car (or nearly anywhere else) made it worse. I loaded up on water, aspirin, tomato juice, calcium, didn't seem to help. On my opposite side I had a pain in my neck & arm. My neck has been occasionally cracking in recent months, and the arm thing was exasperated by spending a day scrubbing under the burners on my stove. But the sleeping, all of a sudden I turned into a morning person. I keep getting tired enough for bed at 10, 11pm, and wake up around 7am. I normally go to bed around 4am and get up embarrassingly late. I'm fighting sleep now. Ok, enough. Whatever it is, it's getting better now. Rant over.
Out with the Old~~~In with the NEW
I want Candy and for once it's not chocolate. I am not a fan of "sweets" in perfumes or actual candies. Sour candies, gummy anything, Sweet Tarts and crap like that= blech. A nice bar of dark chocolate is what makes me tick!

As for the dry down, again it strikes me as common and it's alright. Musky and modern. Nothing earth shattering, but an enjoyable smell, something that can be worn at work (spray sparingly) or a night out (apply heavily), your mileage may vary.
Right now I'm taking a break from Candy, so by the time my mini and lotion arrive I can fully enjoy it! I decided to get a mini, I love it but I don't think my love will endure through a full bottle. I'm fickle.
But.... the dry down or something else reminds me of Balenciaga L'Essence, although I can't find any common notes between the two. Will be looking into that.
